Herman Cain, former Godfather’s Pizza President & CEO, former Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank Cha

Mr. Cain launched his Presidential Exploratory Committee by saying,
“The American Dream is under attack. In fact, a recent survey found 67% of the American People believe America is headed in the wrong direction. Sadly, this comes as no surprise to those of us who have watched an out-of-control federal government that spends recklessly, taxes too much and oversteps its Constitutional limits far too often. While our country faces grave and complex problems, America is not lost forever. The glory of the American Dream can still be found in the hearts of those who love Her and the promise of freedom She guarantees.”
Herman Cain grew up in Atlanta, Georgia with loving parents and little else. His father worked three jobs — as a janitor, a barber & a chauffeur — and his mother was a domestic worker. Even though these jobs required hard work & little glamour, his parents knew this life was better than the sharecropping farms upon which they grew up. They also knew this hard work was the key to achieving their American Dreams.
Says Cain’s website, “They knew their faith in God, faith in themselves & faith in the greatest country on the Earth could allow their children to succeed & achieve.”
Energized by overcoming the many obstacles of his job at Burger King, Herman took on the biggest challenge of his career by accepting the call to become President & CEO of Godfather’s Pizza.
He is past Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City Board of Directors, past-President of the National Restaurant Association and most recently host of “The Herman Cain Show,” on Atlanta’s WSB 750 AM/ 95.5 FM.
